What our costumers say

"It's beautiful, love the colour, and it's just the right size and build to protect the Remarkable Tablet without being bulky."

KUNO for reMarkable, anthracite-red | 11-07-2019

KUNO case in detail

The tablet sleeve consists of two layers of felt, 3 mm thick felt on the outside and 1 mm soft felt on the inside. A total of 4 mm protects your reMarkable on each side. The felt used is especially fine merino wool. Two flaps made of "cork leather" close the compartments for tablet and accessories securely with a hook and loop fastener.

Your marker is safely stored in the side compartment and always ready to hand. Underneath, there is an additional pocket for accessories. For example for the box with marker tips.

Felt from merino wool

The naturalness of wool felt is reflected in its pleasant feel and appearance. A timeless material with lasting popularity.

Our suppliers source their wool from New Zealand, Argentina and Spain, which comes exclusively from Merino wool sheep.

The production of the felt textile takes place from washing to dyeing in Europe, mainly in Germany.

Wool felt is robust, non-toxic, recyclable and biodegradable. The felt of our suppliers is OEKO-TEX certified.

Cork from Portugal

A soft, warm feel and a unique, natural grain make the vegan "cork leather" so popular.

Cork oaks can live up to 200 years, are the basis of a species-rich ecosystem and do not have to be felled for harvesting. Our cork comes from sustainably managed forests with the FSC seal.

The cultivation of cork is a long tradition in Portugal. It is not an easy job, but it is a good living.

Cork is natural, non-toxic and biodegradable. For our cork leather it is laminated onto a textile made of cotton and polyester.

80% recycled yarn

High-quality yarns, such as the premium polyester yarns we use, are particularly tear-resistant and show a beautiful, smooth seam appearance.

All grey yarns are recycled. They are made from old PET bottles using a unique production technology.

The production of the yarns takes place in Germany. They are free of harmful substances and comply with the Oeko-Tex Standard.

Flat hook and loop

We use mushroom-head velour ribbons. These are particularly flat and of higher quality than classic hook-and-loop fasteners.

The mushroom-head part is made of the high-quality and recyclable plastic PP (polypropylene).

The velour tape consists of polyamide, is also recyclable, dimensionally stable, tear and abrasion resistant.

The hook and loop tape is produced in Germany under the strict conditions of the Oeko-Tex Standard.
