Exchanging, cancelling and returning orders

The most important thing to keep in mind is that, as a customer, you are legally allowed the right of revocation


If you would like to exchange your phone pouch, you are able to simply send it back it us. Please let us know which other pouch you would like to exchange it with. If your phone pouch did not fit (e.g. if you recently bought a new phone), please include your current phone model information. Feel free to contact us with further questions if needed at service@stilbag.com.


You are eligible for a no-questions-asked monetary refund via written notification or returning of goods within two weeks of purchase. Reimbursement of funds will be refunded to your PayPal or bank account.


Please send your returns in the original or similar packaging along with the invoice or receipt. Note that these packaging recommendations are not restrictive within the legal rights of revocation.
