When will my order be shipped and how much does it cost?
Shipping is free, and you can find estimated delivery times on the product pages themselves. Please make sure that you account for additional time for deliveries outside of Germany. You can find more information here.

Are the colours in the pictures accurate?
We have done our best to represent colours as truly as possible, but many devices or displays may reproduce them slightly differently. Small deviations in colour are therefore unavoidable.
Will my phone fit with a case?
Our pouches are tailor-made and designed for the specific mobile phone alone. Phones with protective cases unfortunately will not fit correctly.
Some of the phone pouches are heavily discounted! How is the MIKA pouch different?
Physically, there is no difference at all. We wanted to improve the quality of our pouches, and so decided to change the lining in both the MIKA pouches, as well as the other custom pouches. The new lining fits perfectly and lets both rubberised and glossy-backed phones (even with cases) slide in and out with ease. The new, soft felt material also makes for lighter padding, without compromising on space. We found this particularly crucial so that we could cater for all customers, regardless of whether they own a rubberised or glossy-backed phone or case. The phone pouches on the SALE page have all been tested and work perfectly well with the old lining, but you may find it advantageous to spend a little more for the new version. This offer is available as long as stocks last.
